Four Seasons hotel and Private Residences is being constructed in a 82.000 m² multipurpose complex (Parque da Cidade) with Corporate Towers, Shopping mall, residential buildings and a public area with Cafes and Restaurants all integrated with a park.
The Parque da Cidade is located in the fastest growing region in the city, thanks to a big project of urban development which is attracting major investments from the real estate business to urban mobility, with the construction of new traffic lanes and public transportation.
